[原创]Aussie Slang! (2)

G'day mate!,
aussie slang are quite similar with english slang..as u might all know that australian originated from britain...anyway, let's cut the crap here and con't with some cool aussie slang!
嗨!澳洲日常语和英国的日常语大致相同。。主要原因是因为澳洲人原本就是英国人。。。ANYWAY, 废话少说,让我们继续学习一些酷的澳洲日常语吧!
1) you will be waiting till the Cows come home (你将会继续等待直到牛群回家)
meaning : you be waiting all day (等一整天)
2)haven't seen you in Donkey's years
meaning : haven't seen someone in a real long time
意思是说有好长的一段时间没看到对方了。
3)I need to Go ! (我真的要走了)
meaning : you want to go to the tiolet
这句话可以比喻说“我真的需要上厕所”
4)away with the Pixies
meaning :day dreaming (发白日梦)
example : jerry always away with the pixies during his english class.
jerry 每次都在英文课上发白日梦
“Endings can be beginnings, beginning in the light of hope the tower of solitude is with me.
I wish someday I can ask and have your voice again who once, answered.”

Do you know where those Aussie Slang originally came from?? Some stories about them? Maybe you want to share with us?  I think it would be interesting...just curious....:)

good day mate! I am keen on such idioms and slangs as you gave.but i am confused how i should distinguish idiom
from slang.you know,in traditional chinese,ediom is one,slang's quite anohter.so i have no idea~~~~~
